This project is based on our travel to Mexiko City in january 2019. It is part of our book "Wurf/Nr.3: Mexico City" as an own chapter. Furthermore this project was exhibited as an installation at "die Angewandte Festival 2019".
As soon as we recognize our surroundings we perceive it as an unique impression. Those sensations are filtered because of cultural background, experiences, childhood, interests, knowledge etc.
The media we choose for representing those impressions are representing them screened and filtered again. Depending on every unique background and personality, you will receive your very own picture.That's why photographs of this project are transparently adding up a new picture and story.
